GyroPlant offers a design service to integrate our technologies to any growing system at any scale.
Adaptable Nib Design:
We provide guidance on the optimal fixing point design to securely hold the GyroCup in place for your trays/gutter. Our cups are transplantable, and we can add features to assist that process.
Variable Width Sizes:
Our GyroCup technology is available in diameters of 30mm, 40mm, and 50mm, offering versatility to accommodate different tray sizes for various crops and irrigation systems.
Adjustable Lengths:
The tentacle length of our GyroCup technology can be customised to create diverse growing structures tailored to different seeds and crops, particularly beneficial for legumes like peas.
Range of Silicone Rubber Surface Finishes:
We offer advice on selecting the most suitable surface finish for our technologies based on crop type and application technique, optimising ease of cleaning and handling, particularly in greenhouse environments.
Custom Trays:
Upon request, we can design custom trays to accommodate GyroCups, including adjustments in diameter size. However, our technology typically retrofits to fit existing company machinery.
Tailored Surface Finishes:
The GyroSnap surface can be customised for different crop types to enhance capillary or wicking action.
Seed Tape Seeder (if required):
We provide guidance on selecting the appropriate machinery for scaling the use of seed tape effectively.
Gel Seeder (if required):
Our expertise extends to advising on machinery capable of utilising various hydrogels at scale.
Early Stage Irrigation Technologies:
We offer a range of in-house technologies for early stage irrigation, including water misting and drip irrigation systems. Additionally, we can refer to specific machines within our extensive network for your irrigation needs.
Integrated Hydroponic Systems:
We specialise in creating custom growing systems utilising deep water culture, ebb and flood, and aeroponics methods. Additionally, we offer advice on different automated seeding, transplanting and cleaning machines compatible with our technologies.
