The GyroSnap™ is simple to use and perfect for growing light leafy greens and plants with small seeds.

Silicone rubber is easily washable by hand or in a washer​.​

 

Single-use substrates contribute to contamination by bringing in diseases and creating environments for mould and algae to thrive in.

 

However, reusable products are designed for easy cleaning, reducing water and chemicals.​

 

The GyroSnap™ can withstand high temperatures (up 150 degrees) without degrading.

​Compared to single-use substrates, the GyroSnap™ can achieve better root development and growth for many crops, even compared to coir.

The GyroSnap™ is made from food grade silicone rubber, unlike typical vertical farming accessories systems which are made from plastic. It's not only food safe, but will reduce plastic use and waste in indoor farming. ​ 
 

Our silicone rubber formula is :​

  • Non reactive to oxidising agents

  • Anti-bacterial

  • UV resistant

  • Wear resistant 

  • Stable in -50°C to +200°C

  • Easy to clean

Automation arm

No matter which technique you use with the GyroSnap™, we have the machinery and network to help automate seedling, handling and cleaning.

We are currently designing a seed tape automation machine to help our larger partners and customer for varying levels of automation. Please let us know if you would like to become a trial partner.
